To commission, a folder (Drive, Dropbox, etc.) with visual references is required, which can include objects, locations, clothing styles, or accessories, along with a description of the character’s personality.

The process consists of three phases:

Initial sketch:: You will receive 3 colored sketches. The client can select one or request a combination of elements from the three designs.

Refined sketch: A colored sketch will be delivered with the changes agreed upon in the previous phase. Here, final colors, details, and last adjustments will be determined.

Final design: The completed design is delivered, including 2 minor revision rounds.

Refund policy: Refunds are not accepted. Please ensure you are fully committed before requesting a commission.

Initial payment:

– For VTuber models: A partial payment is required to start the work. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment plan.

– For regular artwork: Full payment is required upfront before starting the work.

Late payments: Payments must be made on the agreed date. A late fee of 2% per week will apply for delayed payments. Work will not be delivered until the payment is complete.

Usage of work: You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork or rigging as your own. You may not trace, use to train AI, or sell/distribute my work as NFTs.

Intended use: All artwork is for personal use only, except for VTuber models, which may include commercial use as specified in the agreement.

Ownership of art: You are only purchasing the digital files. Printed artwork is not included.

Artist rights: As the artist, I reserve all rights to the created artwork and may display it on social media, speedpaints on TikTok, portfolios, and other showcase media. I do not use the work for third-party commercial purposes.

Credits: You must credit me on at least one of your social platforms (@_Olademonio).

Right to refuse a commission: I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the client is disrespectful, if the requested content makes me uncomfortable, or for other reasons.

Confidentiality: The client may request that the commission remains private until a specified date. A privacy fee may apply.

Communication and delivery times: Clients are expected to respond promptly to messages and review progress within the deadlines. Delays may affect the final delivery date.

Updates: You will receive progress updates every 1–2 weeks, depending on the stage of the work and my current workload. Updates will be shared via a Drive folder with provisional files.

Revisions: Each commission includes 3 free revisions. Major changes beyond this, or changes requested after the work is finalized, may incur additional charges.
