  • No refunds, if you are going to commission me please be 100% sure.

  • Do not resell the model (without permission) or redistribute the files.

  • You may not claim my work as your own.

  • You must credit me on at least one of your social media platform (@_Olademonio)

  • Payment only accepted through paypal only. Full payment is required upfront before I will start any work.

  • You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.

  • The artist reserves all rights to the art created, and may use it for profit. (For example, display it on social networks or use it for my portfolio, etc).

  • I can reject the commission if I don't feel comfortable or for other reasons.

  • My artwork may not be used for commercial use except for vtuber models.

  • You are not allowed to remove my signature from the completed work.

  • You may NOT use my artwork for AI or NFT.

  • Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.

  • When starting with the sketch, coloring or rendering, I will send you a wipe, but also if you want to know how the process is going, you can request one anyway.

  • My prices may change, if you are on the waiting list this will not affect you.

  • The drawing may or may not be used in a speedpaint video. You cannot request this or pay for it.

  • If you wish to share the rigging files with others, you must obtain my permission beforehand.

My model has an error, but it has been a long time since the commission was made.No matter how much time has passed, if there are any errors in the model you ordered from me please talk to me and I will fix it immediately. I want to resell my model.If for any reason you need to sell my work, you need to discuss it with me first. The selling price should NOT be higher than the commission price. I will also need the new buyer's contact information.

What files do you deliver in the vtubers commissions?You will receive the .mo3 file & files needed for VtubeStudio (I do not provide the .cmo3 file to avoid stealing of my Live2D work)+:｡.｡｡.｡:+
